The first thing that I believe sets me apart is my "Goal Setting" process. Before I can help someone, we need to be able to truly communicate through a consultation. During this time, we will be able to identify where you are in relation to where you want to be. My clientele is based around top tier athletes, from recreational all the way to professional level. I've trained Ninja Warriors, high school and collegiate teams, even the everyday adult who's looking to regain their fitness. I train the body as one piece. As you gain movement competency, I can get you really strong!
